Although headsets are initially designed for quality and reliability; constant use of a headset can result in the breakdown of parts or accessories. Our expertise Repair Departmentprovides you, our customer, with a fast and affordable solution.

Call One's repair facility consists of many departments sharing a common goal. Our goal is to provide a quality repair that is effective and precise, the most proficient handling, along with a reputable repair program designed to fit our customers' needs. Working as a team has allowed us to achieve that goal, while working as a team has also allowed us to preserve it.
Call One, Inc. provides unequaled repair services on most products sold by Call One and services many headset products provided by other distributors.

The primary headsets repaired by our facility include ACS, GN Netcom, Plantronics, and Unex. Call One, Inc. provides an extensive array of service options that can be customized to meet the needs of the individual customer. Your Account Executive or Customer Service Representative will be glad to discuss your requirements and recommend service options to fit your conditions.

Call One, Inc. supplies a 'Repair Authorization Form' to assure proper handling. Call One, Inc. also provides a 'Headset Repair Ticket' which can be completed for each headset exhibiting trouble. A new ticket is provided with each headset returned to you from our repair facility.

In Warranty

All manufacturers provide specific warranty periods and conditions for each product. Information identifying these terms is included in the documentation provided in the original packing materials.
