Call One responded to our customers' requests with a trusted, hassle-free solution. Send all of your repairs to Call One, Inc. and our facility will separate the in-warranty from the out-of-warranty and forward the in-warranty headsets to the appropriate manufacturer. Call One, Inc. provides this In-Warranty Repair Service at no expense to you.
At your request, Call One, Inc. can provide repair or replacement for in-warranty items. Manufacturers impose certain conditions for these repairs. Please contact your Call One, Inc. Account Executive or Customer Service Representative for details.
Out Of Warranty
Call One, Inc. Service Center is equipped with state of the art equipment and is staffed by highly trained technicians. Each headset undergoes a series of tests and reconditioning prior to final inspection. Upon completion of the repair process, the repaired product will be packaged and returned to you via the same method received by Call One, Inc.
Refurbished Headsets
Call One, Inc. realizes the changing needs of our customers that is why we offer refurbished headsets and amplifiers as a reliable and more affordable alternative to purchasing new. Like all of our repaired headsets, our refurbished headsets undergo a series of tests and reconditioning prior to final inspection. Reconditioning will include replacing cords, connectors and cases as needed, sanitizing each headset, applying new accessories - such as cushions, mic screens, voice tubes, eartips, etc.
