Call One, Inc. Shipping Policy

 

Shipping & Delivery

Call One, Inc. typically ships between 1-3 business days of the time the order is placed. Shipping options are USPS, UPS, or FEDEX based on value, weight and destination zip code. Call One, Inc. does not ship on weekends or holidays. During backorder situations when all or part of your order is not in stock, Call One, Inc. Customer Service will notify you as soon as possible. For items that are not stocked by Call One, Inc., our shipping guidelines follow those set forth by the manufacturers. For products marked as Non-Stocked on our website, please contact us for current pricing & availability before placing your order.

Shipping Charges

Call One, Inc. charges a shipping and handling fee which will be added to the invoice. Charges are calculated based on value, for insurance purposes; weight, including packaging; or dimensional weight (the greater of actual vs. dimensional) and includes all handling charges. To view the shipping charges, click “Add to Cart”, and then click View Cart & Checkout. In the Order Summary section, expand the Estimate Tax & Shipping section to enter your destination zip code then click the Estimate button. The estimate of shipping charges will be displayed. If your order amount is greater than $300.00 the shipment will automatically be covered by package insurance. Please contact the Call One, Inc. if you wish to assume full responsibility and decline the package insurance coverage. Call One, Inc. will accept UPS & FedEx account numbers to cover the shipping charges however these charges are calculated using the same basis as mentioned above.

Expedited Shipping

Overnight shipping is available as an option while placing an order. However, ‘Non-Stocked’ items ship at the discretion of the manufacture and cannot guarantee overnight services. Call One, Inc. strives to accommodate all requests, so please call Customer Service at 1-800-749-3160 for confirmation when overnight shipping is requested.

Shipment/Risk of Loss

Unless otherwise specified, all shipments will be made by third-party carriers chosen by Call One, Inc. at costs, tariffs and other charges, and in accordance with terms and conditions established by Call One, Inc. In the event that Customer elects to arrange transportation other than the arrangement provided by Call One, Inc. then Customer shall be responsible for all costs, tariffs and charges of any nature associated with the shipment of any Product to Customer. The risk of loss associated with any shipment from Call One, Inc. transfers to Customer upon delivery of the goods to the destination shipping address as supplied by the customer.

Damaged Shipments

Upon delivery, please inspect the package for damage that may have occurred during transit. It is recommended that you refuse the shipment if the package is damaged. In some cases, the Carrier driver will note the damage in their system if you elect to accept the damaged shipment. Upon receipt of the damaged package, immediately open and inspect your order and notify Call One, Inc. as soon as possible if an issue remains. Please retain all shipping boxes, product boxes, labels and filler material until further instruction is issued against the damaged shipment.

Lost Shipments

For all shipments that leave our facility, Call One, Inc. will coordinate shipments using Third party carriers. Loss in transit will be researched by Call One, Inc. and the Carrier and often takes up to 8 business days for resolution. When a customer elects to use transportation services outside of our carrier options, the Customer will be responsible for all charges and fees associated with that shipment. Upon delivery by the carrier to the intended destination, the Customer assumes responsibility for any loss thereafter.

Partial Shipments

By default, Call One, Inc. does not partial ship orders unless specifically requested by the customer. Additional shipping & handling charges are applied on each shipment. The partial shipped items will be invoiced according to the items shipped plus shipping and handling.

International Shipping

Please call 1-800-749-3160 or go to http://www.calloneonline.com/contact-customer-service for international shipping quotes. All duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the Recipient therefore a contact name, phone number and/or email is required. Third party billing options for freight, duties and taxes are accepted and must be provided when ordering.
